I found Tertius de Wit to be a very professional and through Aviation expert. His strength is in reading and understand customer issues and finding a resolution or common ground.

Through my experience working with TDW Surveyors, they are very independent, customer-oriented, resourceful, and equipped with good technical knowledge on the aircraft, records, and all the know-how with regards to the aviation regulations and requirements. They have good interpersonal skills, they can connect well between my lessees (especially in resolving difficult and critical situations) to ensure a smooth transition and meet the deadlines, delivering the result. Tertius is also meticulous in his work and organized, he also can perform under pressure and manage the company expectations. All in all we have no doubt to engage him again if any needs arise for the future project.

We would like to give some feedback on Tertius’s work throughout the redelivery process of both ESN 875507 and ESN 895587 from South Africa/Mango. Tertius was an exceptional asset to have during these redeliveries under such circumstances. Through our search for engine stands in South Africa, Tertius’s work and contacts became a crucial part for ELFC progressing the redelivery process. His initiative to organise an engine stand, continuous pressure and organisation of transportation to SAA facilities became a crucial part of getting ESN 875507 removed and progressed for redelivery. It was a pleasure working with him and we look forward to working with him in the future.
